Walter B. Rose
Mr. Rose has extensive experience with companies funded with venture capital. Over the
last 15 years, he has been a Partner with McBain, Rose Partners (MRP), an investment firm
specializing in management buyout transactions with middle market companies. MRP teamed
with corporate management to take a controlling interest in operating businesses. Prior to
MRP, Mr. Rose worked with McKinsey & Company assisting Fortune 100 clients with
strategic planning and new product introductions. He received his BA degree in Economics
from Yale University and an MBA from Stanford. Mr. Rose is an active member of many
corporate and community Boards of Directors. Currently, he serves as Vice Chairman and
